CAMP) today announced that the Company has reached a settlement agreement in
its pending patent infringement lawsuits. These lawsuits, involving California
Amplifier and Andrew Corporation of Orland Park, Illinois, were filed in the
United States District Courts in Sherman, Texas and Los Angeles, California.
Specific details of the settlement agreement were not disclosed.

California Amplifier designs, markets and manufactures a broad line of integrated
